25/11/08: New Public Services Innovation Conference - 20-21 November 08

We are working with the LGA, IDeA and the Leadership Centre for Local Government to design and facilitate a new national innovation conference to take place in November.
The event will provide a unique opportunity for public service policy makers and providers to come together to share ideas and insights, showcase emerging good practice and design together solutions to the most intransigent problems. Contributors include; Rt Hon James Purnell, Sir Michael Bichard, Anthony Browne, Cllr Mike Freer, Jonathan Kestenbaum, Ruth Kennedy, Charlie Leadbeater and Geoff Mulgan. Gene Payne is a brilliant facilitator. He draws people out, intuitively senses how to get people to make their contribution. He's not afraid to air differences because he's also so skilled at pulling people together. He's a joy to work with and I would trust him with any group and any issue in any setting.
