ThePublicOffice as part of Total Place in Croydon

All this week Caireen has been working with Ruth Kennedy to deliver six PublicOffice workshops for colleagues from across the Council, PCT, voluntary sector, police, schools, etc to think about how early years services (-9months to 7) could be transformed. Researching with students at the Innovation in Education conference

PB090055.JPG Today we have been working with Harris Student Commissioners at the Innovation Unit/Guardian Innovation in Education conference. Students used interviews with both speakers and participants, and surveys to get feedback on their 12 ideas about learning the Commission is taking forward.

Most importantly, it sets out 12 early ideas about how learning at Harris could be in the future. These are the ideas that have captured the imagination of young people and teachers in the first year and that the commission will investigate further in 2009/10. Download file

Innovation Catalyst

Innovation Catalyst is a new partnership set up to generate, incubate and spread innovation in local government. We are working as part of the Catalyst team on a collaborative workstream focused on youth crime - providing innovation consultancy to Knowsley and Westminster local authorities, designing and delivering a series of collaborative workshops and capturing 'lessons learned' and insights from the work.
